partnership, Grantor, for and in consideration of $10.00 and other good and valuable
consideration, hereby conveys and warrants to PLANTATION, L.L.C., a Wyoming limited
liability company, Grantee, whose address is 4025 East Hobaek River Road, Jackson,
Wyoming, 83001, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Lincoln,
State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:

BREITENSTINE, and first having been duly sworn, stated that she is the currently acting
sole trustee of the Nancy Breitenstine Management Trust, dated October 3, 2002, that serves
as the General Partner of the No Looking Back Limited Partnership, and that both the trust
and the partnership are currently in full force and effect, and that both the trust instrument
and the partnership agreement authorize NANCY BREiTENSTiNE to execute the
foregoing Warranty Deed, and acknowledged her signature on the forego!ng Warranty
Deed.
