DEVELOPMENT REPORT • North Lincoln County • 21 Residential Use Permits • 12 Small Wastewater Permits • South Lincoln County • 1 Residential Use Permit • 0 Small Wastewater Permits • 2 Zoning and Development Permits II. PROJECTS A. 201 MS 25 Bar VT Ranchettes Second Filing Rick L. and Barbara Ann Sessions • A Minor Subdivision Final Plat application to subdivide 15.96 +/- acres into three residential lots with an average lot size of 5.32 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Located 1.1 miles southwest of Afton, Wyoming in T31N, R119W, Section 12. B. 205 MS 22 Eagle Crest Subdivision Development Agreement Revision & Extension Eagle Rising, LLC • A request for the Board of County Commissioners to sign a Development Agreement Revision & Extension for the Eagle Crest Subdivision Preliminary Plat that was approved in August, 2022. • Located south and adjacent to the Town of Thayne, Wyoming in T34N, R119W, Section 26. C. 811 AP 25 Smith-Lyman Family Subdivision Willard Kim Smith & Jewel R. Smith Living Trust c/o Jewel Smith • A request for a Family Exempt Subdivision to create four lots in the Rural Zone. The average lot size is 5.94 acres. • Located 0.3 miles west of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T32N, R119W, Section 26. D. 812 AP 25 Vacation of Mountain Star Subdivision Mountain Star Products LLC c/o Aaron Lind • A request to vacate Lots 1 and 2 of the Mountain Star Subdivision. Lots 1 and 2 are currently being used as a gravel pit. The project site is accessed off of Earl Lane and within the Rural Zone. • Located directly north of the Town of Afton, Wyoming, in T32N, R119W, Section 13. E. 206 MS 22 Harmony Creek South Steven and Kristin Johnson • A request for the Board of County Commissioners to sign a Development Agreement Revision & Extension for the Harmony Creek South Preliminary Plat that was approved July 21, 2022. • Located 3 miles west of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T32N, R119W, Section 28. F. Star Valley Ranch RV Park Violation and Permitting Leisure Valley, LLC • A request for the Board of County Commissioners to sign a fine violation and permit determination. • Located 0.5 miles west of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T34N, R118W, Section 6. Nuisance Resolution • A resolution protecting the health, safety and welfare of Lincoln County, the citizens and visitors while promoting maintenance of properties and roadways. H. Mail Box Resolution • A resolution addressing structures and obstacles that are within the County Road Rights of Way.
