II. PROJECTS A. 813 AP 25 Southbrook Ranches 3rd Filing Wes Newell and Jasmine Newell
• An Amended Subdivision Plat application to move a lot line between Lot 1 and Lot 2 in the Southbrook Ranches Subdivision. This adjustment would increase Lot 1 (now Lot 41)
to 3.4 +/- acres and decrease Lot 2 (now Lot 42) to 2.7 +/- acres.
• Located 0.9 miles north of Thayne, Wyoming, in T34N, R119W, Section 11. B. 203 MS 25 Range View Estates Upswing Development, LLC

• A Minor Subdivision Sketch Plan proposal to subdivide 20 +/- acres into four residential lots with an average lot size of 5+/- acres in the Rural Zone.
• Located in the community of Grover, roughly 2.5 miles north of Afton, Wyoming in T33N, R118W, Section 31. F. 704 MA 25 Golden Acres Major Subdivision Master Plan – Preliminary Plat Rick Earling & Toni Earling, Trustees
• A Major Subdivision Master Plan – Preliminary Plat application to subdivide 95.2 +/- acres into 19 residential lots with an average lot size of 5 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.

• A Proposed Amendment to the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations to modify Road Standards in Chapter 6.16-6.19, 6.11.D.3. and Chapter 7.1, which will address recent development issue and promote safer road design.
