the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:

Wyoming, LESS AND EXCEPT the following described parcels, being the same
land as that described on Warranty Deed recorded June 3, 1994 in Book 351PR
on page 811 of the records of the Lincoln county Clerk:

page 562 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Exception 2

page 565 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Exception 4 ,

SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
