II. PROJECTS A. 815 AP 25 Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 1 Amended 5th Filing Michael John Schwartz, Robert Goldberg and Alex Novielli, AVR Homeowners Association
• An amendment to adjust the boundary lines between existing Lots 11, 12 and 13 of Alpine Village Subdivision No. 1 Plat 1. This adjustment also includes removing the cul-
de-sac Palisades Circle. This adjustment will increase existing Lot 11 from 5.30 acres to 5.69 acres, decrease Lot 12 from 5.23 acres to 5.20 acres and increase existing Lot 13 from 4.09 acres to 4.51 acres.
• Located 0.5 miles northwest of the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, in T37N, R118W, Section 18.
B. 816 AP 25 Double Diamond Family Subdivision Reed Rick Miller and Kelly Jo Miller
• A Family Exempt Subdivision to create four lots in the Rural Zone. The average lot size is 3.15 +/- acres.
• Located 5.9 miles southeast of Thayne, Wyoming in T33N, R118W, Section 15. C. 207 MS 22 Good Neighbor Subdivision Third Filing – Development Agreement Revision & Extension Ian Osler, Virginia Dorsey, Benjamin Thurston, Marla Thurston
• A Minor Subdivision Preliminary Plat application proposal to subdivide 51.02 +/- acres into Five (5) residential lots, with an average lot size of 10.20 +/- acres, in the Rural Zone.
• Located 2.8 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 10.

• A request for the Board of County Commissioners to approve a notice to cease and desist operation of a commercial business without proper review and permitting.
