grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
THE TOWN OF THAYNE,
a Wyoming Municipality,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 298, Thayne, WY 83127
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Section 23, T34N Rll9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING 155 feet East of the Northwest comer of the SWaANE~A of said Section
23 and running thence South 106 feet;
thence East 137 feet;
thence North 106 feet;
thence West 137 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
