• A proposal to vacate part of West Open Space in Double L Ranch III and incorporate it into existing Lot 41. The amended West Open Space would be reduced from 154.2 +/- acres to 90.5 +/- acres. Existing Lot 41 would be increased from 12.3 +/- acres to 76.0 +/- acres. Lot 41 will be re-numbered as Lot 47 on the Amended Plat. The property is in the Rural Zone.

M. 206 MS 22 Harmony Creek South Development Agreement Revision & Extension
• A request for the Board of County Commissioners to sign a Development Agreement Revision & Extension for the Harmony Creek South Preliminary Plat that was approved July 21, 2022. The request is for an additional two-year extension, valid until July 21, 2027.
• Located 3 miles west of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T32N, R119W, Section 28.
