PROPOSAL: A Minor Subdivision Final Plat application to subdivide 20 +/- acres into four residential
lots with an average lot size of 5 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. The subdivision will share a private subdivision road with a cul-de-sac accessed off of Hurd-Jensen Court County Road 182. The lots will have individual wells and individual septic systems that meet current State and County standards. The developer has completed the requirements of the Conditions of Approval and Development Agreement
with Lincoln County including a fencing plan to meet State Statutes, a review for mail services from
USPS, installation of an approved subdivision road, and installation of electrical power and communication lines to each lot. LOCATION: Located in the community of Grover, 2.9 miles north of Afton, Wyoming in T33N,
R118W Section 31.
