II. ACTION ITEMS A. 814 AP 25 Double L Ranch III Vacation of Open Space and Amended Plat (Tabled from the October 8, 2025 BCC Meeting)

• A proposal to vacate part of West Open Space in Double L Ranch III and incorporate it
into existing Lot 41. The amended West Open Space would be reduced from 154.2 +/- acres to 90.5 +/- acres. Existing Lot 41 would be increased from 12.3 +/- acres to 76.0 +/- acres. Lot 41 will be re-numbered as Lot 47 on the Amended Plat. The property is in the
Rural Zone.
• Located north of the community of Freedom, roughly 5.5 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T36N, R119W, Section 28. B. 405 SS 25 Onyx Escape, A Subdivision (Tabled from the November 5, 2025 BCC Meeting) Garrett Chadwick
• A Simple Subdivision application to subdivide 5 +/- acres into 1 residential lot with an average lot size of 5 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. The lot will have a driveway access from a private road. The lot will be served by an individual well and an individual septic
system meeting current State and County standards.

• An Amended Subdivision Plat Application to move the southerly lot line of Lot 38 of
Riverview Ranchettes Third Filing. The additional acreage gained by Lot 38 will be taken from an unplatted 32.64 +/- acre parcel. This adjustment would increase Lot 38 (now Lot 49) to 7.50 +/- acres and decrease the parcel to 30.96 +/- acres.
• Located 0.5 miles south of Thayne, Wyoming, in T34N, R119W, Section 26 and 35.
