The two new lots share a private subdivision road, Steamboat Lane, off of Bitter Creek County Road 236. The developer has completed the requirements of the Conditions of Approval and Development Agreement with Lincoln County including a fencing plan to meet State Statutes, a review for mail services from USPS, installation of an approved subdivision road, and installation of electrical power and communication lines to each lot.
