ACTION ITEMS C. 605 PZ 25 Comprehensive Plan Update Appendix 6.A. Transportation Master Plan a. A Proposed Plan Amendment to the Lincoln County Comprehensive Plan to replace Appendix 6.A. Transportation Plan and adopt the Lincoln County Transportation Master Plan Dated July 2025. b. All unincorporated area within Lincoln County.
D. 604 PZ 25 Land Use Regulations Amendment Land Use Definitions and Table a. Proposed Amendment to the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations to modify Land Use Definitions, Subcategories and Table in Chapter 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3 which will address modern requests for land usage and promote a better understanding of the planning process. b. All unincorporated area within Lincoln County.
E. 603 PZ 25 Land Use Regulations Amendment Septic Testing & Documentation a. A Proposed Amendment to the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations to modify Septic Testing and design Standards in Chapter 2 Section 5 Subsection C, which will address recent septic health and safety concerns. b. All unincorporated area within Lincoln County.
F. 106 CUP 25 Last Resort a. A Conditional Use Permit for a restaurant with liquor service, retail and a detached motel complex with five (5) units. Structures will include a small retail store, restaurant, and detached motel on a combined total 2.56 +/- acres in the Mixed Zone. b. Located one mile south of the Town of Alpine, Wyoming in T37N, R118W, Section 31.
