PROPOSAL: A Major Subdivision Sketch Plan proposal to subdivide 110 +/- acres into 22 lots with an
average lot size of 5 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. The subdivision road is accessed off an existing subdivision road, Haven Heights Drive. There will be a Chapter 23 Water & Wastewater Study done to determine any limitations for septic systems.
LOCATION: Located 2.5 miles southwest of Afton, Wyoming in T31N, R119W, Section 15.
OTHER INFORMATION OR CONCERNS:
•The proposed subdivision will utilize a subdivision road easement reserved for futureconnectivity as part of the Range View Estates Subdivision.
•Planning Staff requires engineered plans for subdivision roads over 8%. Verification of slope orengineered plans and as-builts will be required.
