RE: 102 CUP 25 Lower Valley Energy 1 MW Solar Array, Extension Request
Jon Hougland notified Lincoln County of the mandatory meeting with SLIB taking place in February to provide approval to move the LVE Solar Array out of the Rural Zone and on to Public Land to reduce impact and improve community support. Due to the necessary approvals being sought, the Planning Office asks the Board of County Commissioners to extend the current
table to March 4, 2026 to allow time for these processes to take place.
