AGENCY CORRESPONDENCE: Lincoln County Weed & Pest Control District: At the time of inspection there was Musk Thistle and Canada Thistle on the property. For this species I recommend using Milestone at 7oz/acre. The optimal treatment time would be during the Spring season for Musk Thistle and Fall Season for Canada Thistle. Star Valley Conservation District: Due to a large variation between water levels in this section, SVCD recommends soil cuts to determine groundwater levels. If ground water is high, we recommend an enhanced septic system. We recommend that soil cuts be taken in the spring/early summer when groundwater is highest. If soil cuts are done at other times know that static water level can fluctuate according to the amount of high-water runoff from year to year. £¤89 32 35343133 08 17 06 18 05 07 13 09 10 16 12 010204 11 15 03 14 37N 118W 36N 119W 36N 118W ShadowCircleOspreyLaneAspenLaneShadow Ridge TrailMarten PlaceTrail Rid g e R o a d Falcon DriveATTANASIO,JEREMIAH MONCUR, GREGORYN & CELENA MONCUR,GREGORY N & CELENA TOWN ROAD GWIN, SAMUELC & MARGARET J TRUSTEES MCLAULIN, THOMAS & ANNE MCNIGHT, EDWIN G & JANICE A WARNECK, STUART L & CHRISTINAM TRUSTEES BANKS, WES HERRING,JIMMY R TRUSTEE SKYHAWNEQUESTRIAN CENTER, LLC STALENSKI, BONNIE A ROY, DONALD J BANKS, WES CORN, CARL N TREASURE,JOHN B& MOLLY BANKS, WES KENDALL, CRAIG L &WENDY J COOPER,MICHAEL J HERRING,JIMMY R TRUSTEE TETON MANAGEMENTCONSULTANTS, TRUSTEE TRAIL RIDGE PROPERTY OWNERSASSOCIATION CHRISTENSEN, GARY L WARNECK, STUARTL & CHRISTINA M TRUSTEES TRAIL SPRINGS,LLC 159 ACRES,LLC HERRING, JIMMY RTRUSTEES BUCKINGHAM,DUANE WTRUSTEE GRUPP, MATTHEW P & CAROLE L O'DONNELL,JAMES & CHERYL GENZLINGER, LYNN PTRUSTEE GENZLINGER,LYNN P TRUSTEE NELSON, BRYAN HOOD, B SCOTT& DAYNA A TRUSTEES EVERTSEN, JOSHUA E& SHAWN E TRUSTEES HERRING, JIMMY RTRUSTEE HERRING,JIMMY R TRUSTEE EVERTSEN, JOSHUA E & SHAWN E TRUSTEES NELSON, BRYAN GENZLINGER,LYNN P TRUSTEE COOPER,MICHAEL J SMITS, THOMAS A &CATHERINE S BRIDGE INVESTMENTS,LLC Microsoft, Vantor Simple Subdivision Application Roads Road_Type US Highways WY Highways Projects Township & Range Sections Municipalities Public Noticing File No 401 SS 26 Banks Landing 159 Acres, LLC Prepared using available data by Katie Gipson on 19 December 2025.
