A. Minor Subdivision, Suncrest View Subdivision, within T34N, R118W, Section 9. VII. ACTION ITEMS B. 107 CUP 25 Etna North a. A Conditional Use Permit to clarify the conditions of approval of the Recreational Vehicle Park was reviewed and approved on September 6, 2023 with File No. 103 MP 23. b. Located 2.5 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 2. C. 601 RZ 26 Etna South Rezone
a. Collective Owners, request a rezoning of their property. This is a request to rezone 48 +/-
acres, parcel size range from 1+/- acres to 12 +/- acres from the Rural Zone to Mixed Use to
accommodate commercial use of the property. This rezone is combined with several
Conditional Use Permit applications.
b. Located approximately two miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in
T34N, R119W, Section 14.
