The goal is to provide a location on public land for the LVE Solar Array which will reduce public impact and improve community support. Due to the necessary approvals being sought, the Planning Office asks the Board of County Commissioners to extend the current table to May 6, 2026, to allow time for these processes to take place. PLANNING STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Planning Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners EXTEND the applicants table for File # 102 CUP 25 Lower Valley Energy 1 MW Solar Array to May 6th, 2026.
