Weaver and Myrtle Weaver, husband and wife, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on February 28, 1946, in Book 23 of Deed Records on Page 462, conveyed to Stanley B. Steed, the following described property to-wit: Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Sixteen (16) in the Auburn Townsite, as the same is platted and of record in Lincoln County, Wyoming That under the date of August 17, 1982, for valuable consideration, Stanley B. Steed and Fontella C. Steed, husband and wife, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on August 19, 1982, in Book 190 of Photostatic Records on Page 596, conveyed to Shelby Steed and Mary Jo Steed, husband and wife, a portion of the aforementioned described property to-wit: That part of Lot 3, Block 16 in the Original Townsite of Aubum within the W1/2NE1/4 of Section 4, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said Lot of Record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, in Book 23 of Deeds on Page 462, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of said Lot 3, N00°34'E, 306.01 feet from the northwest corner of Block 17 of said Townsite, said corner marked by a P-K nail in a fence post; Thence N00°34'E, 127.20 feet along said west line common to a fence line to an intersection with an existing east-west fence marked by a P-K nail in a fence post; Thence N89°24'E, 342.44 feet along the said east-west fence line common to the north line of said Lot 3 to an intersection with an existing north-south fence line marked by a P-K nail in a fence post; Thence S00°34'W, 127.20 feet parallel to the said west line and along said north-south fence line to a point and leave said fence line; Thence S89°24'W, 342.44 feet parallel to said north line to the point of beginning That under the date'of June 28, 1965, for valuable consideration, F. B. Steed and Pearl D. Steed, his wife, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on June 23, 1975, in Book 119 of Photostatic Records on Page 333, conveyed to Stanley Steed and Fontella Steed, his wife, as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, the following described property to-wit: Commencing at the South Quarter corner of Section 4, Township 32 North, Range 119 West, 6ti1 P.M., Wyoming, and running thence North 138 rods, thence East 40 rods, thence South 138 rods, thence West 40 rods to the place of beginning That under the date of December 6, 1978, for valuable consideration, Stanley B. Steed and Fontella Steed, husband and wife, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on December 11, 1978, in Book 151 of Photostatic Records on Page 300, conveyed to Rollin Wade Johnson and Vicki L. Johnson, husband and wife, a portion of the aforementioned described property to-wit: Beginning 138 rods North of the S1/4 Corner of Section 4, T32N, R119W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence East 132 feet, thence South 330 .feet, thence West 132 feet, thence North 330 feet to the point of beginning That under the date of December 20, 1982, for valuable consideration, Stanley Steed and Fontella Steed, husband and wife, by deed of that date, which deed was duly filed of record in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, on December 22, 1982,. in Book 195 of Photostatic Records on Page 427, conveyed to Billy Lynn Johnson and Janette Lynn Johnson, husband and wife, a portion of the aforementioned described property to-wit: That part of the NWl/4SE1/4 of Section 4, T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 119PR, Page 333, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South right-of-way line of the AuburnTygee County Road #12-134, thence N7°42.5'E, 2297.13 feet from the South Quarter Corner of said Section 4, as described in the Certified Land Corner Recordation CertifiCate in said Office, thence S0°33.5'W, 297.14 feet to a point, thence N89°16'W, 147.22 feet to an existing fence corner, thence N0°33.5'E, 295.52 feet along an existing North-South fence to a point on the said South right-of-way line, thence S89°53.5'E, 147.23 feet, along said South right-of-way to the point of beginning That by reason of said conveyances aforesaid, the' said .Stanley Steed and Fontella Steed, also known as Stanley B. Steed and Fontella C. Steed, became the owners of the above described lands, less the lands conveyed, and title thereto vested in them continuously from the dates of conveyances described in said deeds to the date of death of Fontella C. Steed, on the 13~h day of August, 1988. That by reason of and upon the death of Fontella C. Steed, title to the above described real property vested absolutely in Stanley B. Steed, as the survivor. Affiant avers and certifies that Fontella Carmen Weaver Steed is the identical party named with Stanley Steed, either as a grantor or grantee, in the aforementioned deeds whose death terminated her interest, title and estate in said real property; and Affiant attaches hereto and makes a part of this affidavit, a copy of the Official Certificate of Death of said decedent, duly certified by the public authority in which said death certificate is a matter of record.
