A. 605 PZ 25 Comprehensive Plan Update Appendix 6.A. Transportation Master Plan a. A Proposed Plan Amendment to the Lincoln County Comprehensive Plan to replace Appendix 6.A. Transportation Plan and adopt the Lincoln County Transportation Master Plan Dated July 2025. b. All unincorporated area within Lincoln County. B. 602 RZ 26 Summit Ridge Estates Rezone a. A request to rezone 21 +/- acres, from Rural to Mixed Use to accommodate Residential / Commercial use of the property. This rezone is combined with a Major Subdivision application 704 MA 26 a concept master plan for a residential/commercial subdivision with
47 lots with an average density of 0.61± acres and one park area. b. Located directly east of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming, in T34N, R118W, Section 19. C. 108 CUP 26 Ridgeline Timber a. A Conditional Use Permit for a proposed lumber yard with a commercial access road off of US Highway 89. The Lumber Yard is situated on a total of +/- 15.91 acres in the Mixed
Zone. b. Located 1.2 miles south of the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, in T36N, R119W Section 3. D. 109 CUP 26 Flying Heart Gravel Pit a. A Conditional Use Permit for a proposed gravel pit with a private access road off of County Road 121 (Bedford North). Gravel pit with use approximately eight (8) acres of the total twenty-nine (29) acres in the Rural Zone. b. Located 1.5 miles east of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming, in T34N, R118W Section 20. E. 111 CUP 26 Star Valley Storage a. A Conditional Use permit application to add 40 external storage spaces to existing permit
PZC 93-123 and subsequent permits on 7.87 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. b. Located .5 miles west of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W
