II. ACTION ITEMS A. 702 MA 23 Etna Village Estates Subdivision Phase II Third Filing
TGH Industries, LLC
• A Phased Plat Application to subdivide 9.85 +/- acres into 19 lots in the Mixed Zone.
This is the third filing of the approved Master Plan for Etna Village Estates Subdivision Phase II.
• Located 2.5 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N, R119W, Section 10. B. 703 MA 23 Etna Village Estates Subdivision Phase II Fourth Filing TGH Industries, LLC
• A Phased Plat Application to subdivide 11.18 +/- acres into 20 lots in the Mixed Zone. This is the fourth filing of the approved Master Plan for Etna Village Estates Subdivision Phase II.
• Located 2.5 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming T35N, R119W, Section 10.

• A request for a Family Exempt Subdivision to create four lots in the Rural Zone. The average lot size is 5.49 acres.
• Located 2 miles east of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming, in T34N, R118W, Section 21.

• A request for an amendment to adjust the eastern boundary of Lot 2 of Dec subdivision 2nd filing. This adjustment will increase existing Lot 2 to 14 acres.

• A request for an amendment to Lot 45 southeast boundary and to vacate Lot 46 of Leon
Livingston. This adjustment will increase existing Lot 28A to .71 acres. Lot 45A remains .13 acre. The new lot numbers are 28A and 45A.

• A Minor Subdivision Final Plat proposal to subdivide 30.75 +/- acres into five residential lots with an average lot size of 6.15 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.

• A Conditional Use Permit for a proposed lumber yard with a commercial access road off of US Highway 89. The Lumber Yard is situated on a total of +/- 15.91 acres in the Mixed Zone.
• Located 1.2 miles south of the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, in T36N, R119W Section 3. L. 111 CUP 26 Star Valley Storage Trevor Roberts
• A Conditional Use permit application to add 40 external storage spaces to existing permit
PZC 93-123 and subsequent permits on 7.87 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.
