A Conditional Use Permit Master Plan to allow a commercial recording studio, guest cabins, and replacement of a non-conforming building on two adjacent parcels totaling 17 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. b. Located 3.5 miles south of Thayne, Wyoming in T33N, R119W, Section 12. C. 701 MA 26 Etna Village Post Townhomes a. A Major Subdivision PUD proposal to subdivide 2.04 +/- acres into 12 residential townhomes with an average density of 5.88 +/- per acre in the Mixed Zone. b. Located 2.65 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 10. D. 601 RZ 26 Etna South Rezone a. A request a rezoning of their property. This is a request to rezone 48 +/- acres, parcel size range from 1+/- acres to 12 +/- acres from the Rural Zone to Mixed Use to accommodate commercial use of the property. This rezone is combined with several Conditional Use Permit applications. b. Located 2 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T34N, R119W. E. 101 CUP 26 2T, LLC – Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan a. A Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan to continue to operate a lumber yard (511 ZD 16) and provide storage for personal equipment. Buildings and uses shall require individual permitting per Lincoln County Land Use Regulations The lot for the proposed project is platted for Residential/Commercial Land Use. It is in the proposed Mixed Zone, on 5 +/- acres. b. Located 2 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 14. F. 102 CUP 26 Brown – Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan a. A Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan for nine (9) commercial buildings. Ranging from 6,375 s.f. to 12,650 s.f. uses shall require individual permitting per Lincoln County Land Use Regulations. Parcel is currently platted Residential/Commercial Land Use. It is in the proposed Mixed Zone, on 5 +/- acres. b. Located 2 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N R119W Section 14. G. 103 CUP 26 Etna Trade Park – Conditional Use Permit a. A Conditional Use Permit includes existing permit numbers 104 RUM and 508 ZD 19. A total of 10 buildings, ranging in size from 3,000 s.f. to 44,800 s.f. uses shall require individual permitting per Lincoln County Land Use Regulations. Parcel is currently Rural Zone platted Residential/Commercial Land Use. It is in the proposed Mixed Zone, on 10 +/- acres. b. Located 2 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 14. H. 104 CUP 26 Lutz Living Trust – Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan a. A Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan for a total of 4 buildings, ranging in size from 3,200 s.f. to 14,000 s.f. Buildings and uses shall require individual permitting per Lincoln County Land Use Regulations. Parcel is currently in the Rural Zone and has a commercial warehouse. It is in the proposed Mixed Zone, on 4 +/- acres. b. Located 2 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 14. I. 105 CUP 26 Means Investments – Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan a. A Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan for a total of 2 buildings (shop. Office buildings), ranging approximately 6,000 s.f. Buildings and uses shall require individual permitting per Lincoln County Land Use Regulations. Parcel is currently in the Rural Zone and platted commercial / residential. It is in the proposed Mixed Zone, on 2 +/- acres. b. Located 2 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 14. J. 106 CUP 26 Heiner Storage – Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan a. A Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan to build a 17,280 s.f car wash,15,120 s.f. commercial building and commercial storage facility with storage for personal equipment. The proposed storage facility consists of five (5) buildings ranging in size from 21,000 s.f. to 34,720 s.f.. Buildings and uses shall require individual permitting per Lincoln County Land Use Regulations. The lot for the proposed project is platted for Residential/Commercial Land Use. It is in the Rural Zone, on 12.82 +/- acres. b. Located 2 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 14. K. 107 CUP 26 Premier Storage – Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan a. A Conditional Use Permit Concept Master Plan to build a 36,000 s.f commercial building in addition to approved permit 510 ZD 13 for commercial storage units. Buildings and uses shall require individual permitting per Lincoln County Land Use Regulations. The lot for the proposed project is platted for Commercial Land Use. It is in the Rural Zone, on 9.12 +/- acres. b. Located 2 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 14. VIII.
