FINDINGS OF APPROVAL: A. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the goals and objectives of the Lincoln County
Comprehensive Plan. B. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the standards and procedures of the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations. C. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the provisions W.S. 18-5-301 through W.S. 18-5-315.
CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1. The applicant shall submit a complete Major Subdivision Application and follow the permit process.
2. The applicant shall provide a will-serve letter from Bedford Water District.
3. Project shall meet International Fire Code (IFC) Onsite Requirements for fire flow protection using the current fire code at the time of construction. 4. The applicant shall conduct a sewer feasibility study regarding connection to the Town of Thayne sewer system.
5. The applicant shall provide adequate space for school bus pull outs and parent parking. 6. The applicant shall provide adequate space for US Postal Service cluster mailboxes.
7. The applicant shall provide a fencing plan for adjacent Rural Zoned properties.
