II. ACTION ITEMS A. 112 CUP 26 Miles Master Plan (Tabled from the May 6, 2026 BCC Meeting)

• A Conditional Use Permit Master Plan to allow a commercial recording studio, guest
cabins, and replacement of a non-conforming building on two adjacent parcels totaling 17 +/- acres in the Rural Zone.
