PROPOSAL: A Major Subdivision Phased Plat to subdivide 34.7 +/- acres into six (6) residential lots with an average lot size of 5 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. This is Phase I of the approved Master Plan for Golden Acres Subdivision. The subdivision will access from South Grover County Road 190 and create
a loop road Mustang Drive. The developer has completed the requirements of the Conditions of
Approval and Development Agreement with Lincoln County including a fencing plan to meet State Statutes, installation of an approved subdivision road, and installation of electrical power and communication lines to each lot. .
LOCATION: Located 2 miles north of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T32N, R118W, Section 6.
