ACTION ITEMS A. 813 AP 26 Jim Heiner Family Subdivision Jim R. Heiner and Marie L. Heiner • A request for a Family Exempt Subdivision to create three lots in the Rural Zone. The average lot size is 2.16 acres. • Located 5 miles southeast of the Town of Thayne, Wyoming in T33N, R118W, Section 9. B. 814 AP 26 Bagley Family Estates Second Filing Cameron and Jessica Bagley, Cole and Shyanna Bagley • A request for an amendment to adjust the common boundary line of Lot 3 and Lot 7 of Bagley Family Estates.
