a. A Proposed Amendment to the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations to modify three sections that will address recent development issues. Proposal A. Modify language in Chapter 7.1 Definitions, Proposal B. Amend 7.2 Land Use and Small Business
Subcategories, Proposal C. Amend Table 7.3. Land Use Table, Proposal D. Change “Business Days” to “Days” throughout the Lincoln County Land Use Regulations. b. B. 603 RZ 26 Creamery Park Rezone c. An application to rezone 14.03 +/- acres from the Rural Zone to the Mixed Zone. This
request is being processed concurrently with an application for an 11 lot Major Subdivision, File No. 708 MA 26. d. Located 2.7 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 3. C. 708 MA 26 Creamery Park a. A Major Subdivision proposal to subdivide 14.03 +/- acres into 11 lots with an average lot size of 1.23 +/- acres in the Mixed Zone. The subdivision road is accessed off Creamery (Co. Rd. 111), subdivision lots access off private road, Wyoming Way. b. Located 2.7 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 3. IX. SKETCH PLANS (NONE)
