ACTION ITEMS A. 207 MS 22 Good Neighbor Subdivision Third Filing, Phase-II – Final Plat Virginia Dorsey • A Minor Subdivision Final Plat application to subdivide 25.41 +/- acres into three (3) residential lots with an average lot size of 5.05 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. • Located 2.8 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 10. B. 203 MS 26 Crosland Subdivision 2nd filing David & Kristin Crosland • A Minor Subdivision proposal to subdivide 15.40 +/- acres into three (3) residential lots with an average lot size of 5.13 acres +/- in the Rural Zone. D. 713 MA 26 Etna Ranch Phase V Greengate Farm Edna Valley, LLC • A Major Subdivision Phased Plat to subdivide 40.32 +/- acres into 8 lots in the Rural Zone. This is Phase V of the approved Master Plan for Etna Ranch Subdivision. • Located 1 mile west of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 23. E. 603 RZ 26 Creamery Park Rezone Five Crazy Kids, LLC • An application to rezone 14.03 +/- acres from the Rural Zone to the Mixed Zone. This request is being processed concurrently with an application for an 11 lot Major Subdivision, File No. 708 MA 26. • Located 2.7 miles northwest of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming in T35N, R119W, Section 3. F. 708 MA 26 Creamery Park Five Crazy Kids, LLC • A Major Subdivision proposal to subdivide 14.03 +/- acres into 11 lots with an average lot size of 1.23 +/- acres in the Mixed Zone.
