Located 3.5 miles northwest of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming, in T36N, R119W Section 26. B. 204 MS 26 La Pradera a. A Minor Subdivision proposal to subdivide 37.60 +/- acres into 5 lots with an average lot size of 7.52 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. b. Located 3.6 miles northwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T33N, R118W, Section 30. C. 717 MA 26 Grover Ranch Estates Master Plan
a. A Major Subdivision proposal to subdivide 136.25 +/- acres into 14 lots with an average lot size of 9.73 +/- acres in the Rural Zone. b. Located 4.3 miles northwest of the Town of Afton, Wyoming in T33N, R118W, Section 30. VII. SKETCH PLANS
