QUITCLAIM DEED THIS INDENTURE, Made this i~_,P'~' day of June, 1999, between SCOTT R. MICKELSEN and MITZI E. MICKELSEN, husband and wife, party of the first part and RODWELL RANCH, L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 5290 Fontelle Creek County Road 314, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the party of the second part, WlTNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One and No/100 Dollars, lawful money of the United States of America, and other valuable consideration, to them in hand paid by the party of the second part, tfie~ receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents remise, release and forever QUITCLAIM, unto the said party of the second part, and to its assigns, forever, all the following described real estate, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: Parcel 1: Lots 23, 24 and 25 of the Lozier Ranch Second Subdivision as said lots are laid down and described on the Official Plat of said subdivision on file and of record in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming. Nelson, et al., to Idella Nelson Calhoun Pugmire by Warranty Deed dated April 17, 1957, recorded May 15, 1957 in Book 22 on page 224 in the Office of the County Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming. That part of Section 21, T21N, R113W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming which is north of the Union Pacific Railroad fight-of-way and south of the approximate centerline off,Old Highway 30 N being described as follows: ,.
