KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Jack E. Hansen, Sr., and Dorothy
C. Hansen as Trustees of the Jack and Dorothy Hansen Family Trust dated April 24, 2002,
of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, grantors, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged,
convey and quitclaim unto Dorothy C. Hansen, a married woman, as her sole and
separate prope~y, grantee, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: PO
Box 217, Thayne, WY 83127), forever, all such right, title, interest, prope~y, possession,
claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described
premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Plat 13, Lot 80, Star Valley Ranch Subdivision, excluding all mineral interests
and subject to all Declarations of Protective Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions by Leisure Valley Inc. d/b/a Star Valley Ranch and/or Star Valley
Ranch Association as platted and recorded, Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
And, ALSO:
Plat 7 Lot 20 in Star Valley Ranch, as. plated and recorded in the Official
Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
RESERVING THEREFROM all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all
minerals and rights appertaining thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Jack E. Hansen, Sr., and Dorothy C. Hansen, Trustees,
have hereunto set their hands this 18th day of December, 2002.
