KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Lovey Clark, '+~U~e~
under that certain trust agreement dated April 26, 1981, for valuable'' '"'
consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has
remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents does for her
heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto
Fred D. Brog and Annie C. Brog, husband and wife, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as she may have or ought to
have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:
A portion of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N 1/2 NE ¼) of Section 28 and the
Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4NW 1/4) of Section 27, Township 35
North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M., located North of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming
and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a Brass Cap monument marking the common comer of Sections 21, 22, 27
and 28, Township 35 North, Range 119 West, 6th P.M. and running approximately North
89°48'24" East, along the North line of said Section 27, 538.88 feet to the. approximate
center line of Salt River; thence Southerly, along the approximate center line of Salt
River the following courses and distances: South 9007, 15" West 113.40 feet, South
20°43'28" East 171.51 feet, South 2052'37" West 87.22 feet, South 71°57'55" West
186.00 feet, South 67017'47" West 186.76 feet and South 11°57'4Y' West 185.27 feet;
thence, leaving said Salt River, running North 89°51 '28" West 187.42 feet to an iron pipe
set; thence continuing North 89°51 '28" West 2510.26 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe
set; thence N 0°00'24'' West 321.14 feet to the Easterly prolongation of the South line of
Grant Clark Court, County Road No. 12-184; thence West, along said Easterly
prolongation, 62.12 feet to a point in the Easterly end of the Cul-De-Sac of said Road;
thence North 78027'47'' West 50 feet to the center of said Cul-De-Sac; thence North
50.00 feet to the North tangent point of said Road; thence East, tangent to said Cul-De-
Sac and along the Easterly prolongation of the North line of said road, 121.76 feet; thence
North 10004'28" East 74.57 feet; thence North 89°14'53" East 353.39 feet; thence North
0°42'51" West 202.15 feet, more or less, to the North line of said Section 28; thence
North 89059'07" East along last said North line, 2133.50 feet, more or less, to the point
of beginning

Beginning at a point 1320 feet west of the Northeast Comer of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 27, Township 35 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming and running
thence South 231 feet to the point of beginning; thence running South 429 feet; thence
running N89°42'28"W 1133.66 feet to the existing center line of Salt River; thence
N11°57'43" East 185.27 feet; thence running N67°17'47"E 186.76 feet; thence running
N71°57'55"E 186 feet; thence running N2°52'37"E 87.22 feet; thence running
N20°43'28"W, 26.94 feet; thence running East 751.25 feet to the point of beginning
And
Beginning at a point 80 rods West of the Northeast Comer of the Northeast Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter (NE1/4NW1/4) of Section 27, Township 35 North, Range 119 West
of the 6th P.M., Wyoming and running thence South 231 feet, thence West approximately
754 feet to the now existing centerline of the Salt River, thence northeasterly along the
now existing centerline of the Salt River approximately 231 feet to the north line of said
Section 27, thence East 754 feet to the point of beginning
Hereby. releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
To have and to hold the said premises unto the said Fred D. Brog and
Annie C. Brog, to their own proper use and behoof forever. So that neither Lovey
Clark, as trustee under that certain trust agreement dated April 26, 1981, nor any
other person in her name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any
right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them
shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
