KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that GREGG and
SHERILYN MATTHEWS, GRANTORS, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remise, releases and forever
quits claim unto the said ROBYN K. ERICKSON and RHONDA R. ERICKSON,
GRANTEES, their heirs and assigns forever, all such fight, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or t° all the
following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all fights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
'All of Lot t. of the Red Top Subdivision of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County.
ENCOMPASSING an area of 2 acres, more or less;
