Kathleen Ritter nka Kathleen Kap, Grantor, of
County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration
for an estate plan and other valuable consideration, conveys and
warrants unto Brent Kap and Kathleen Kap, Trustees of the Brent
Kap Family Revocable Living Trust, an undivided one-quarter
interest in the following described real property situate in the
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exception
laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 63, Star Valley Ranch Plat 10, as platted and
recorded in the official records of Lincoln County,
Wyoming. Together with all water rights, mineral
rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations,
restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-
way of record or in use.
