AFFIDAVIT TERMINATING ESTATE BY
JOINT TENANCY
Kent C. Lindberg, being of lawful age and first duly sworn according to law, upon my oath,
depose and state:
1. That Maud K. Lindberg, aka Maud Kennington Lindberg died on August 23, 2002 in
Afton,. Wyoming.
2. That on October 16, 1991 for valuable consideration Maud K. Lindberg by her
Quitclaim Deed of that date, which deed was duly filed for record in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk on October 21, 1991 in Book 302PR on page 638, conveyed unto Maud K. Lindberg,
Kent C. Lindberg, Carl E. Lindberg and Linda M. Allen, as joint tenants with full rights of
survivorship, the following described real property, to wit:
Commencing at a point which is 955 feet, 4~ inches North from the Southwest corner of
the SW~ of Section 7, T31N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and
running thence North 6 rods; thence East 26-2/3 rods; South 6 rods; thence West 26-2/3 rods
to the point of beginning.
3. That on October 23, 1992 for valuable consideration DeRell Olson and Norma Olson
by their Quitclaim Deed of that date, which deed was duly filed for record in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk on July 29, 1993 in Book 333PR on page 4, conveyed unto Maud K. Lindberg,
Kent C. Lindberg, Carl E. Lindberg and Linda M. Allen, as joint tenants with full rights of
survivorship, the following described real property, to wit;
Beginning at a point which is 1054.38 feet North from the SW corner of Section 7, T31N
R118W, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East 180 feet to a point
thence northwesterly 180 feet, more or less, at an angle to come out at a point 11 feet North
from the point of beginning, thence South 11 feet to the point of beginning.
4. That on October 16, 1991 for valuable consideration Maud K. Lindberg by her
Quitclaim Deed of that date, which deed was duly filed for record in the Office of the Lincoln
County Clerk on October 21, 1991 in Book 305PR on page 71, conveyed unto Maud K. Lindberg,
Kent C. Lindberg, Carl E. Lindberg and Linda M. Allen, as joint tenants with full rights of
survivorship, the following described real property, to wit:
Beginning at the 'Northwest corner of the SWN of Section 13, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East 239 rods, more or less, to a point which
is one rod West of Corner No. 2, being also the Northeast corner of the NWNSEN of said
Section 13; thence N 45" East 2 rods, more or less, thence East 69 rods; thence North 6
rods; thence East 8 rods; thence South 8 rods, to a point which is 3 rods West of the EN
Corner of said Section; thence West 76 rods, to a point which is one rod east of Corner No.
2; thence Sou[h 45" West 2 rods, more or less, to a point which is 2 rods south and one rod
west of said Corner No. 2; thence West 83 rods; thence South 78 rods; thence West 156
rods; thence North 80 rods to the place of beginning.
5. That by reason of the said conveyances, Maud K. Lindberg, Kent C. Lindberg, Carl
E. Lindberg and Linda M. Allen became the owners of the real property as joint tenants and title
thereto vested in them continuously from said date of conveyance as described in said Quitclaim
deeds, until the date of death of Maud K. Lindberg on August 23, 2002 at which time title to the
above described real. property vested absolutely in Kent..C. Lindberg, Carl E. Lindberg and Linda M.
Allen in accordance with .the provisions of §2-9-102, w.s. (19'80).
6. Affiant avers and certifies that deceased is the identical party named with Affiant in
the aforementioned deed whose death terminated her interest, title and estate in the said real
property; and Affiant attaches hereto and makes a part of this Affidavit a copy of the official
certificate of death of decedent, duly certified by the public authority in which said death certificate
is a matter of record.
