as Joint Tenants '
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by

The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and

LONNA KAY WARENSKI, ERIC PAUL LINDBERG AND DANIEL BRENT LINDBERG,
as Joint Tenants
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we
have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Commencing at a'point which is 955 feet, 4~A inches North from the Southwest corner of the
SW~A of Section 7, T31N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming and running
thence North 6 rods; thence East 26-2/3 rods; South 6 rods; thence West 26-2/3 rods to the point
of beginning.

releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Kent C. Lindberg, Marilyn L. Lindberg, Russell Kent Lindberg,
Lonna Kay Warenski, Eric Paul Lindberg and Daniel Brent Lindberg
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
