KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
KENT C. LINDBERG, CARL E. LINDBERG AND LINDA M. ALLEN,
as Joint Tenants
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by
Carl E. Lindberg and Donna G: Lindberg, undivided 50% interest
Dennis K. Allen and Linda L. Allen, undivided 50% interest
whose address is 13211 Vivery Court, Cypress, TX 77429
The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said
CARL E. LINDBERG AND DONNA G. LINDBERG, Husband and Wife,
an undivided 50% interest; AND
DENNIS K. ALLEN AND LINDA L. ALLEN, Husband and Wife,
an undivided 50% interest
as Tenants in Common
heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we
have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest comer of the SW~A of Section 13, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East 239 rods, more or less, to a point which is
one rod West of Corner No. 2, being also the Northeast corner of the NWMSE~ of said Section
13; thence N 45° East 2 rods, more or less, thence East 69 rods; thence North 6 rods; thence
East 8 rods; thence South 8 rods, to a point which is 3 rods West of the EM Corner of said
Section; thence West 76 rods, to a point which is one rod east of Corner No. 2; thence South 45°
West 2 rods, more or less~ to a point which is 2 rods south and one rod west of said Comer No.
2; thence West 83 rods; thence South 78 rods; thence West !56 rods; thence North 80 rods to
the place of beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Carl E. Lindberg and Donna G. Lindberg, undivided 50% interest
Dennis K. Allen and Linda L. Allen, undivided 50% interest
heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other
person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or
any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
