Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt
whereo~ is.hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Thasrne E~ Yargason and
Amy Anne Yargason, husband and wife, by the entireties, grantees, of Route 1,
Alton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County,
and State of WyominG, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter (SWl/4NWl/4) of Section Twelve (12),
Township Thirty-three (33) North, Range 119 West of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, thence South 256 feet, thence
southwesterly S 24° 41' West a distance of 562 feet to the
point of beginning; thence West 716 feet; thenco South 550
feet; thence East 466 feet; thence northeasterly 600 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 7.46 acres, more or less.
Together with all improvements, water and water rights
appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservat%ons and rights of way of sight or record.
WITNESS our hands as of this 13th day of February, 1991.
