KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. a corporation existing under the laws of the State of
DELAWARE, the owner and holder ora certain mortgage deed executed by
MARIA VICTORIA ALONSO-EHRENHOEFLER, VOLKER EHRENItOEFLER ~
to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. bearing date 06/29/2001, recorded 07/10/2001 in Official
Records Book 468, Page 344, Document No. 874469 in the office of the County Clerk of L1NCOLN County,
Wyoming, securing a certain note in the principal sum of $183,400.00 Dollars, and certain promises and
obligations set forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situated in said State and County, hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage deed, and surrenders the same as
canceled, and hereby directs the Clerk in the office of County Clerk to cancel the same of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said corporation has caused these
presents to be executed in its name, by its proper officers
thereunto duly authorized, the 23 day of December, 2002.
