and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

as Sole Owner,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 402, Thayne, WY 83127
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Lot 50 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 7, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
NOTE: This serves to correct the typographical error in the legal description of that
certain Warranty Deed recorded December 2, 2002 in Book 506PR on page 240 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk..
