and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
GRANT W. WARREN,
a Single Person,
grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 491, Thayne, WY 83127
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
Part of Section 24, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the SoUthwest comer of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24 and
running thence North 350 feet;
thence-East 118 feet;
thence South 350 feet, more or less, to the South boundary line of said Northwest
Quarter;
thence West 118 feet, more or less, along the South boundary line, to the POINT
OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, tO all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
