WARRANTY DEED
JAMES W. GIBSON and PAULINE W. GIBSON, husband and wife, Grantors, of
Fremont County, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT TO GIBSON FAMILY, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, Grantee, whose
address is 150 East Main, Lander, WY 82520, all of their interest in the following described real
estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and Waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 114 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 7, Lincoln County,' Wyoming, as desribed on the
official plat thereof.
TOGETHER with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenance thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto.
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way of
record, of sight or in use.
