BAKER and MARIAM BAKER of Freedom, Wyoming, husband and wife, grantee(s), their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit: A portion of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 18, T32N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the Metes and Bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a Cotton Gin Spike marking a point in the East line of said SW I/4, said Point of Beginning being 16.54' feet NO°27'54"E, along said East line from the B.L.M. Type Monument marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 1974 location for the South east Comer of said SW 1/4; thence N88°5 I'00"W 659.84 feet to a Cotton Gin Spike marking the Southeast corner of the Wilkins property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 458PR, on page 815 with said Office; thence NO°25'49'' E, along said East line, 660.64 feet to an Aluminum Capon an Iron PiPe marking a point in the South line of the Holy Family Church property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 474PR, on Page 815, with said Office' thence S88°51'01 "E, along said South line, 660.24 feet to an Iron Pipe marking a point in said East line; thence SO°27'54"W, along said East line, 659.64 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 9.994 acres of land. SUBJECT TO: That portion of the 60 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along the South portion of the above described property, as referred to in the Right-of-Way Easement, recorded in Book 249PR, on Page 170, with said Office, for Twin Cliffs County Road 12-160. TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: A 10 feet wide Rights-of-Way Easement, along the East line of the above described property, for the North Alton Irrigation Pipeline.
