KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A
Wyoming Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the
date of December 11, 2000, made and executed by Dexter R. Gardner and Dee Ann
Gardner, Trustees under the Dexter R. and Dee Ann Gardner Trust Dated June 5,
1998, as mortgagor, to The Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a
lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of $78,000.00,
which mortgage was re-recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio
Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 11 th day of May, 1999
in bOok 430 PR of Mortgages, at Page 055 as document #858544 and pertaining to the
following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned deb(is fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgages do hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of
Real Estate Mortgage t.t. Lqoo be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed,
