described as follows:
Beginning 4.75 rods South fi.om the Northeast comer of said Lot 4 and running thence West 12
rods; thence South 4.75 rods; thence East 12 rods; thence North 4.75 rods to the place of
beginning.
PARCEL 2
Part to Lot 4 of Block 6 of the Bedford Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast comer of said Lot 4 and running thence West 12 rods; thence South
4.75 rods; thence East 12 rods; thence North 4.75 rods to the place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all improvements and appurtenances thereon. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. Subject,
however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
