place of the sale. in a newspaper of general circulation in Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
evidenced by the Affidavit of Publication attached hereto as Exhibit A,

I, James R. Belcher, being first duly sworn on my oath depose and say:
1. I am a resident of the State of Wyoming.
2: I am the sole shareholder and employee of James R. Belcher, P.C. and the
P.C. is a partner of the law firm of Holl!and & Hart LLP. I am admitted to practice in the
courts of the State of Wyoming and in the United States District Court for the District of
Wyoming.
3. This Affidavit is made in. compliance with and pursuant to the provisions
of Wyo. Stat. §§ 34-4-103(a)(iv) and 34,4-112.
4. I represent Wells Fargo Bank Wyoming, N.A. ("WFBW") in mortgage
foreclosure proceedings against Gregg R. Wilkes' and Melanie S. Wilkes (the "Debtors")
concerning th~ real property described as follows:
The following property situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
Beginning at a point which is two (2) rods North of the
Southwest Corner of Lot :two (2) of Block twenty (20) in the
Town of Afton, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and

5. Mortgage foreclosure pro~ceedings have been instituted due to the Debtors'
default on a Note dated January 3, 1994, payable by the Debtors to Star Valley State
Bank ("Note"). The Note is secured by a Mortgage of the same date, recorded in the
Lincoln County real property records on January 6, 1994 in Book 343PR, Pages 533-536
("Mortgage"). Wells Fargo Bank Wyoming,
Mortgage pursuant to an Assignment which
N.A. is the holder of the Note and
was recorded in the Lincoln County,
Wyoming's real property records on November 4, 2002, in Book 503PR at Page 609.
6. No suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt
secured by the Mortgage.
7. A written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and
sale was served on the Debtors on :October 29, 2002, by certified mail with return
receipt requested at their last known ~ddresses. A true and correct copy of the Notice of
Intent to Foreclose and the return receipt cards addressed to the Debtors is attached
hereto as Attachment 1 and incorporated herein by reference. Notice was given as
required at least ten (10) days before publication of notice of sale was first published.
8. I have not entered into an agreement, express or implied, between myself
and my client, nor..between myself and any other person, for any sharing or division of
attorney's fees to be allowed or added to the debt involved, and said fee when so
allowed or added to the debt will be only as compensation for services actually rendered
in the foreclosure proceeding by me.
