Wyoming, in consideration of the sum of ten dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration to him, in hand paid by Betty Ruth Patricia Call; whose address is 435 Sage Street,
P.O. Box 434, Cokeville, Wyoming 83114, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, has remised, released, and forever quitclaimed and by these presents does for
himself, his heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto said

Betty Ruth Patricia Call, her heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand as he may have or ought to have, in orto all the following described
premises, to-wit:
All of Lot 3 and the South 20' of Lot 2 in Block 20 to the original Town of Cokeville,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
Together with all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances and hereditaments
hereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations, restrictions and
existing or future oil and gas and/or other mineral leases, now of record or otherwise affecting said
lands.
Herpby releasing and waivin~ all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Betty Ruth Patricia Call, her
heirs and assigns, to her own proper use and behoof forever. So that Kenneth Calvin Call, nor any
other person in his name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the
premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of them shall by these presents be excluded
and forever barred.
