right of way for the construction and' continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement
the electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintain::d

a line described as follows, to wit:
BEING a part of the SWl/4SWl/4 of Section 12, T36N, RI 19W, in Lincoln County, Wyomi~ g,
more accurately described as follows:
BEGINNING N 60° 05' 35" W, 2,075 feet, N 25° 13' 31" W, 100 feet, S 86° W, 205 fee~: to
existing transformer;
Thence S 88° W, 200 feet to a point;
Thence North 200 feet to a transformer location.
Easement to include 10 feet on each side of described line.
Together with all necessary and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and ref_ll
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove:: tre~: s,
shrubbery, undergrowth or other obstructions intertYering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The Grantor acknowledges that Elect-dc and magnetic Fields (EMF) are naturaJv
occurring in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has h~re notified Grantor that EMF testing
and information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wir:s
and other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain ti te
property of the Grantee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and waive ~tll
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
