To UCC Financing Statement
The word "Collateral" means the following described property of Debtor, whether now
owned or hereafter acquired, whether now existing or hereafter arising, and whether located on or
related to the real property described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto: all fixtures (including trade
fixtures), appliances, furnishings, furniture, all supplies, equipment, inventory, building materials,
and any and all other tangible and intangible personal property of Debtor, including (without
limitation) accounts (including accounts receivable, credit card receivables, and contract rights
whether or not earned by performance), chattel paper, instruments, construction contracts and plans
and specifications, water rights and related certificates and shares, documents and general
intangibles, and lease, tenanc~ or other occupancy agreements.
The word "Collateral" also includes all harvested timber and timber contracts derived from
such real property and the following, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, whether now
existing or hereafter arising, and wherever located:

A parcel of tract of land, situated in the West half (W 1/2) of Section 23,
Township 19 North, Range 105 West of the 6th P.M., Sweetwater County,

Beginning at a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway
#187, said point being located South 20°29'10.' East, a distance of 1371.50
