AFFIDAVIT AFFECTING TITLE
Susie Hawkes, President of Land Title Company, A Wyoming Corporation, being duly sworn
and state as follows:
1. A mortgage was recorded January 5, 1994 Book 343 P.R., Page 512, executed by lone Wilkes
and Boyd Wilkes, husband and wife, Mortgagor Star Valley State Bank, Mortgagee. Legal
description in said mortgage contains a typographical error. The call contained in line five (5)
from the bottom is recited as "N0~03'lY'E'' and should read S(P03'lY'E.
2. A Record of Survey prepared by Lloyd Baker & Associates, dated January 3, 1994, contains
the correct legal description and was the intended description for said mortgage.
3. Exhibit "A" attached is page one of the said mortgage.
4. Exhibit "B" attached is the Surveyor's Certificate and Description - 58.311 Acres, of said
Record of Survey.
5. The land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, should be indexed to reflect this correction.
6. This affidavit is made in conformance with Wyoming Statute 34-11-101.
