TELEPHO~ COMPAq, ~C., ~antee oF Freedom, Wyoming, an easement ~or
benefit of the Grantee on the ~ollowing described real estate situate in the County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following pu~oses and under the following
conditions:
Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of-
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
thereon underground telecommunication facilities. The grantee will restore
road and other disturbed area to existing Condition prior to construction.
The grantee will not remove lock or any personal things from the gate
without owner permission. If gate is locked peds will be accessed by foot.
Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following'
described property:
SEE "EXHIBIT A" ALL BEING A PART OF SECTION 4 TOWNSHIP 36N RANGE
l19W.
Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
