the benefit of the Grantee on the following described real estate situate in the County of
Lincoln ~d State of Wyoming, for the following pu~oses and under the following
conditions:
Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for the purpose of Right-of-
Way for telecommunications lines and construct, operate, repair, maintain,
relocate and replace thereon underground telecommunication facilities.
The grantee may trim or remove trees or other objects that pose a threat of
damage to the utilities
Description of Easement. A 15' utility easement centered on the line
described as follows: beginning at the SW comer of the NE ¼ of the NE ¼
of Section 18, T34N, R118W, thence:
S87°32'54"W 147.96', thence S89°43'18"W 138.36', thence
S89°08'34"W 93.03', thence S40°19'53"W 22.65', thence S4°36'56"E
128.30'.
See Exhibit "A".
Binding Effect. The terms and conditions of this easement shall be binding
upon the inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the
parties named in this instrument.
